President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo offered his sincere condolences following the passing of Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz, the son of West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil.<\/p>\n

\u201cFirst of all, on behalf of myself, the nation, and the state, I would like to express my sincere condolences for the passing of Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz. Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun<\/em> (Verily, to God we belong and verily, to Him we shall return). May he be given the best place by His side,\u201d the President said in his statement at Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Saturday (06\/04).<\/p>\n

As a parent, President Jokowi stated that he cannot imagine how heavy the feelings and the burdens that must be carried and faced by Ridwan Kamil and his spouse Atalia Praratya.<\/p>\n

\u201cHowever, I see the endless patience and fortitude in both of them in facing the loss. This is an example for all of us. Once again, I offer my deepest condolences,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
