On the sidelines of the 48th<\/sup> G7 Summit, President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo Monday (06\/27) held a bilateral talk with the United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson at Elmau, Germany.<\/p>\n

Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno L.P. Marsudi stated that the two leaders highly appreciated the strong bilateral relationship between Indonesia and Britain.<\/p>\n

Quoting a statement from the UK PM, Retno said that the roadmap for bilateral cooperation is already in place.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt will be easier to strengthen relations between the two countries with the roadmap in place,\u201d Retno said.<\/p>\n

In addition, the two leaders also agreed to strengthen cooperation in the fields of new renewable energy and food security.<\/p>\n
