President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo at the State Palace, Jakarta on Friday (12\/8) has conferred the Order of Merit and State Decoration on 127 figures in a Conferment Ceremony of Honorary Merit Award to commemorate the 77th<\/sup> anniversary of the proclamation of Indonesian independence.<\/p>\n

The President awarded Bintang Mahaputera, Bintang Jasa, and Bintang Budaya Parama Dharma medals to awardees based on Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Numbers 64, 65, and 66\/TK\/TH of 2022, stipulated in Jakarta on the 11th<\/sup> of August 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo honor their services based on particular terms and conditions in gaining Bintang Mahaputera Pratama, Bintang Jasa, and Bintang Budaya Parama Dharma medals in accordance with the law,\u201d the Decree reads.<\/p>\n

Seven people attended the ceremony to represent or as the heirs of awardees are as follows;<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Late Ajip Rosidi, writer, was awarded Bintang Mahaputera Pratama medal;<\/li>\n
  2. Lieutenant General (Retd.) Ida Bagus Purwalaksana, Inspector General of Defence Ministry 2019-2022, was awarded Bintang Jasa Utama medal;<\/li>\n
  3. Late Prof. Dr. Mundardjito, archeologist, was awarded Bintang Budaya Parama Dharma medal;<\/li>\n
  4. Late dr. Carolina Rezeki Sihombing, specialist doctor at Depok General Hospital;<\/li>\n
  5. Late Sunjaya, head of Sukatani Community Health Centers at Health Office of Bekasi regency, West Java, representing 98 awardees each of whom was awarded Bintang Jasa Pratama medal.<\/li>\n
  6. Late Gugum Gumbira, artist of Sundanese tradition; and<\/li>\n
  7. Late Dewi Wikantini, midwife supervisor of Baktijaya Kota Community Health Centers at Depok, West Java, representing 22 awardees each of whom was awarded Bintang Jasa Nararya medal. (FID\/UN) (AS\/MUR)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
