{"id":259624,"date":"2022-10-10T15:15:39","date_gmt":"2022-10-10T08:15:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/?p=259624"},"modified":"2022-10-11T14:18:09","modified_gmt":"2022-10-11T07:18:09","slug":"blbi-task-force-seizes-obligors-assets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/en\/blbi-task-force-seizes-obligors-assets\/","title":{"rendered":"BLBI Task Force Seizes Obligor\u2019s Assets"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"attachment_259625\" style=\"width: 1546px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-259625\" class=\"size-full wp-image-259625\" src=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ASET-SITAAN-SATGAS-BLBI-1536x1024-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1536\" height=\"1024\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-259625\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">DJKN Ministry of Finance<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Government\u2019s Task Force for Handling State Collection Rights for the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance (BLBI Task Force) has confiscated two assets of former obligor of private bank Bank Putra Surya Perkasa (BPSP) Trijono Gondokusumo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The confiscated assets are in the form of land along with the building covering an area of 502 square meters located on Simprug Golf III No. 71, South Grogol, Kebayoran Lama district, South Jakarta and a parcel of land with an area of 2,300 square meters located in Lebak Bulus subdistrict, Cilandak district, South Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe BLBI Task Force will continue to make efforts to ensure the return of state claims through efforts to block, confiscate, and sell the obligor\/debtor\u2019s assets which are collateral or other assets owned by the obligor\/debtor who received BLBI funds and have not completed their obligations to the state,&#8221; said BLBI Task Force Chairperson Rionald Silaban in his official statement, Monday (10\/10).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The two assets are other assets of the obligor Trijono Gondokusumo which were confiscated in settling the obligations of the shareholders to the state which have not yet been fulfilled amounting to Rp5,382,878,462,135.90 (five trillion three hundred eighty-two billion eight hundred seventy-eight million four hundred sixty-two thousand one hundred thirty-five rupiahs and ninety cents) including 10 percent administration fee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The confiscation was carried out by the BLBI Task Force through the Jakarta II KPKNL Bailiff.
