(Photo:PR Office of Cabinet Secretariat\/Jay)<\/p>\n<p>President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo witnessed the swearing-in ceremony of Guntur Hamzah as a constitutional judge at the State Palace, Jakarta, on Wednesday (11\/23) morning.<\/p>\n<p>The inauguration of Guntur Hamzah as a constitutional judge was based on the Decree of President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 114\/P of 2022 on Termination and Appointment of Constitutional Judge proposed by the House of Representatives. \ufffc<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>After Deputy Minister of State Secretary for Apparatus Administration Affairs Nanik Purwanti recited the decree, Guntur Hamzah then took his oath before President Jokowi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the name of Allah, I do solemnly swear that I will take responsibility as a constitutional judge in a good and just manner, bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia 1945 and apply all laws and regulations in an upright manner according to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia 1945 for the sake of the nation and country,\u201d Guntur said before the President.<\/p>\n<p>Following the inauguration, Guntur signed the minutes, witnessed by the Head of State.<\/p>\n<p>Also attending the event were Coordinating Minister for Political, Law, and Security Affairs Mahfud MD, Minister of State Secretary Pratikno, Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, and Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Anwar Usman. <strong>(MAY\/AIT\/ST)(AW\/LW)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>President Jokowi witnesses Guntur Hamzah take oath as a constitutional judge at the State Palace, Jakarta, on Wednesday (11\/23) morning.
