President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo Monday (02\/27) received the selection results of the 2023-2028 Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (KPPU) Commissioners from the selection committee.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis morning, we reported that the selection committee for the 2023-2028 KPPU Commissioners that has been working since October 2022 has finished the selection,\u201d Head of the Selection Committee Ningrum Natasya Sirait said following the meeting with President Jokowi at Bogor Presidential Palace.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, the selection committee reported the names of 18 candidates of KPPU Commissioners to President Jokowi and Minister of State Secretary Pratikno.<\/p>\n

The 18 candidates are those who passed the selection process, which was participated by 228 applicants and included several stages, including administration selection, written test, competency test, medical check, and interview.<\/p>\n

President Jokowi is set to convey the details of the 18 candidates to the House of Representatives (DPR) that will appoint nine of them as KPPU Commissioners.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe also delivered a report containing the selection process from start to finish and we have also provided additional information from members of the selection committee. The President has received our suggestions and notes and will convey it to the DPR shortly,\u201d Ningrum said.
