Excellencies Speakers of Parliaments, Members of AIPA,<\/p>\n

I would like to extend my gratitude for parliamentary support in ASEAN, so that emergency policies during the pandemic were carried out swiftly, and ASEAN could pass the critical period.<\/p>\n

In the long run, parliamentary role is pivotal in developing the 2045 ASEAN agenda. We must ensure that ASEAN is more responsive & resilient in facing challenges to become a center of growth and peaceful, stable, and democratic region.<\/p>\n

Collaboration between Governments and Parliaments must be strengthened to preserve and solidify political stability and democracy, and ensure ASEAN can be the epicentrum of growth.<\/p>\n
