President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo Tuesday (07\/11) inspected food commodity prices in Tanjungsari Market, Sumedang during West Java Working visit.<\/p>\n

According to the President, prices of food at the market are relatively stable.<\/p>\n

\u201cI check all commodities. I am glad the price of chicken decreased to Rp38,000. Moreover, prices of shallot, chili, and others are relatively stable,\u201d he said in a press statement after the inspection.<\/p>\n

The Head of State also told the media that supply of food commodities at markets in Sumedang regency is sufficient.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf the prices are stable or go down, it is an indication of sufficient supply. I have noticed that there is no problem with supply in Sumedang regency,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

On that occasion, President Jokowi asserted that Indonesia inflation down from 4 percent to 3.5 percent.<\/p>\n
