President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo Friday (08\/25) responded to the rumour on the dissolution of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).<\/p>\n

On that occasion, the President noticed that the current system and sting operations by the KPK have been effective.<\/p>\n

“The institution and the system are already good. Sting operationgs are carried out every month,” President Jokowi said in his statement after inspecting the Brahrang Market in Binjai city, North Sumatra province.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the Head of State also emphasized that evaluations are still necessary for all state institutions, including the KPK.<\/p>\n

“There are things [in KPK] that need evaluation, need improvement. I think all institutions certainly have their shortcomings. Those are the things that need to be improved, need to be evaluated,” he remarked.
