The Government, through Ministry of Communications and Informatics, Wednesday (08\/30) held a concert event adopting the theme of Gemuruh Musik ASEAN 2023<\/em> (the Euphoria of Music ASEAN 2023) at the Sarinah Pavilion, Central Jakarta.<\/p>\n

\u201cI dedicate my live performance here in support of the 43rd<\/sup> ASEAN Summit,\u201d singer-songwriter Idgitaf said.<\/p>\n

The event also presented traditional Philippine folk dance Tinikling and singer Dikta Wicaksono.<\/p>\n

In the meantime, Director-General of Information and Public Communication of the Ministry Usman Kansong said that the music and dance performances were held to further introduce and disseminate Indonesia\u2019s Chairmanship in ASEAN 2023 to the youth. \u201cI hope your enthusiasm to find out what ASEAN is will emerge,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Echoing similar sentiments, Director of ASEAN Political Security Cooperation at Ministry of Foreign Affairs Rolliansyah Soemirat stated that we should be proud as Indonesia has the opportunity to host the 43rd<\/sup> ASEAN summit.<\/p>\n
