President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo greets several residents at Manado’s Post Office, North Sulawesi, Thursday (12\/28).<\/p><\/div>\n

President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo Thursday (12\/28) visited Manado Post Office in Manado city, North Sulawesi province to ensure the distribution of the El Nino direct cash assistance.<\/p>\n

On that occasion, the President noticed that the distribution was well-targeted.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have also checked the distribution through banks and other post offices. All the distribution ran smoothly,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

President Jokowi went on to say that the reserve of government rice assistance had also been successfully distributed to the beneficiaries starting from September, October, November, and December.<\/p>\n

During the visit, the President also greeted a number of residents at the location.<\/p>\n

Rani, one of the residents who had the opportunity to take a photo with the President, expressed her happiness despite having to wait for quite a while.<\/p>\n

“It was a two-hour wait, but finally I am happy to meet the President,” she said.<\/p>\n
