Good afternoon,<\/p>\n

May prosperity be upon all of us.<\/p>\n

Distinguished Leaders and Members of Wantimpres (the Presidential Advisory Board) present here with me;<\/p>\n

Distinguished Ministers of the Indonesia Onward Cabinet;<\/p>\n

Distinguished Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) and Commander of the Indonesian National Defense Forces (TNI);<\/p>\n

Distinguished Governor of East Kalimantan and Acting Regent of North Penajam Paser;<\/p>\n

Distinguished President Director and Board of Directors of Jambuluwuk Hotel;<\/p>\n

Distinguished Ladies and Gentlemen.<\/p>\n

Next August, we will hold Indonesia\u2019s independence ceremony in the new capital city of Nusantara (IKN). The question is where the guests will stay. They can stay in Balikpapan because, God willing, the 47-kilometer-long toll road will be completed in next July but it would be more convenient if in the new capital city of Nusantara there are already hotels that have been completed. I am sure that one or two hotels will definitely be completed in IKN.<\/p>\n

And, the hotels are now in the process of being built, both four-star and five-star hotels, plus the Jambuluwuk Hotel and Resort which comes as the sixth one. And, today, once again we are conducting the groundbreaking for the construction of Jambuluwuk Nusantara Hotel. It is a five-star hotel with a modern, ethnic Indonesian concept with an investment of approximately Rp300 billion and with a capacity of approximately 200 rooms. This will increase the number of hotels operating in IKN and increase the availability of hotel rooms, so that guests visiting IKN will not face difficulty getting accommodation. I am sure that Jambuluwuk Nusantara Hotel will also make an important contribution to the growth of IKN and also its surrounding areas.<\/p>\n

With the current development of IKN, every month there is a groundbreaking for the construction of various types of infrastructure. So, there is no reason for investors to hesitate to invest in IKN and make the best use of the various incentives and ease of doing business offered by the government.<\/p>\n

And, by saying bismillahirrahmanirrahim<\/em> this afternoon I officially open the groundbreaking of the Jambuluwuk Nusantara Hotel.<\/p>\n
