President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday (08\/19) appointed three new ministers and one deputy minister of the Onward Indonesia Cabinet for the remaining term of 2019-2024.<\/p>\n

This inauguration was carried out based on Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 92\/P of 2024 on the Dismissal and Appointment of State Ministers for the Onward Indonesia Cabinet for the 2019-2024 period, and Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 52\/M of 2024 on the Appointment of Deputy Minister of Communication and Informatics of the Onward Indonesia Cabinet for the 2019-2024 period, issued in Jakarta on August 19, 2024.<\/p>\n

The officials that had been inaugurated were:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Bahlil Lahadalia as Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources;<\/li>\n
  2. Supratman Andi Atgas as Minister of Law and Human Rights;<\/li>\n
  3. Rosan Perkasa Roeslani as Minister of Investment\/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM);<\/li>\n
  4. Angga Raka Prabowo as Deputy Minister of Communication and Informatics for the Onward Indonesia Cabinet for the remaining term of 2019-2024.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Afterwards, President Jokowi led the swearing-in ceremony of the new ministers and deputy minister.<\/p>\n

    \u201cI do solemnly swear by God that I pledge my allegiance to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and will uphold all laws and regulations in an honest manner for my service to the nation and the state. I will uphold the code of ethics and be fully responsible in carrying out my duties,\u201d reads the oath.<\/p>\n
