The provision aims to create a government that is more responsive to future challenges and needs.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding functional relations between Ministries and Institutions, Article 25 states that non-Ministerial Institutions will work hand in hand in an integrated governmental system. The Institutions report to the President through the relevant Ministers, unless otherwise determined by the President. This provision is expected to create better synchronization between Ministries and non-Ministerial Institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Article II number 1 of this law requires the Government and the House of Representatives (DPR) to monitor and review the implementation of this law not later than two years after its enactment.
