Thank you very much, Your Excellency, for your kind remarks.<\/p>\n

I, first of all, thank you very much, Your Excellency the Chairman of the National People\u2019s Congress Standing Committee and all Distinguished Members of the National People\u2019s Congress of the People\u2019s Republic of China.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a great honor today for me to be received by you. As you know, you mentioned already that this is my first official state visit after I\u2019ve been inaugurated as President of the Republic of Indonesia on the 20th<\/sup>\u00a0October.<\/span><\/p>\n

I would like to thank the Government of the People\u2019s Republic of China for sending your Vice President as the Special Envoy of the Government of the People\u2019s Republic of China, the Special Envoy of the President of the People\u2019s Republic of China to my inauguration on the 20th<\/sup>\u00a0of October. This is truly a great honor.<\/p>\n

And also, you mentioned also that even before I was inaugurated officially as the President after winning the mandate, even before I was officially designated the President-elect of Indonesia, your President, your government kindly invited me and received me with great honor. So, yes this is my second visit to the People\u2019s Republic of China this year.<\/p>\n

This also shows our great regards for the People\u2019s Republic of China, our commitment to maintain and enhance the relationship between our two countries, close friendship and close cooperation. I think this is a symbol of the importance we hold, China-Indonesia relationship.<\/p>\n

And I will continue to enhance this relationship, I will have good discussions with your President and your government, your Prime Minister. And we will formulate more enhancing ways to increase our cooperation and our friendship.<\/p>\n
