President Prabowo Subianto continues to voice for justice for the victims of the humanitarian tragedy in Gaza and other conflict areas.<\/p>\n

During Antalya Diplomacy Talk (ADF) 2025 in Antalya, Turkiye, President Prabowo expressed sharp criticisms of the attitudes of big countries which are deemed to have neglected the principles taught to developing countries.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe situation in Gaza has taught the world that many superpower countries, who always preach on the ideal world order, have failed in the eyes of many countries in the Global South,\u201d the President said at the forum, Friday (04\/11).<\/p>\n

According to him, there is an inconsistency in what the Western countries often lecture to developing countries about democracy and human rights, yet they remain silent about the aggression in conflict areas.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey come to us, teaching us about human rights, but when they witness the violation of those rights before their eyes every day and night, they remain silent,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Therefore, as a concrete action to support the humanitarian crisis in Palestine, President Prabowo said that he has deployed medical teams and established a field hospital in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates. Furthermore, Indonesia also committed to building additional hospitals in Palestine to treat injured civilians.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have a field hospital and are committed to building more hospitals in Palestine, the West Bank, and maybe in Gaza,\u201d the President said.<\/p>\n

Moreover, President Prabowo reaffirmed Indonesia\u2019s support for a sustainable peace solution. He underlined the two-state solution as the best solution to respect the Palestinian\u2019s rights as well as to ensure the safety and security of the Israeli.<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe that in the end, peaceful collaboration is the key to achieving lasting peace,\u201d he stated, adding that he will continue his diplomatic efforts with regional leaders to find concrete solutions to the ongoing conflicts.<\/p>\n

After his visit to Turkiye, the President is slated to meet President of Egypt Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, and King of Jordan Abdullah II.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will meet President Sisi, fly to Doha, then visit Jordan to meet King Abdullah II,\u201d he remarked.<\/p>\n
