President Prabowo Subianto has reaffirmed his Government’s commitment to implementing policies that genuinely support the needs of the common people, particularly those from low-income communities.<\/p>\n

This message was delivered during the signing of mass credit agreement for 26,000 subsidized housing units under the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (HFLF), as well as the ceremonial handover of house keys at Pesona Kahuripan 10, Cileungsi, Bogor Regency, Monday (9\/29).<\/p>\n

The public housing program inaugurated by the President is reinforced by various government initiatives aimed at supporting low-income communities. These initiatives include the waiver of Land and Building Acquisition Fees (LBAF) for low-income communities, expedited and free Building Approval processes, and an increase in the HFLF quota from 220,000 to 350,000 units\u2014the largest in history.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the HFLF interest rate remains steady at 5 percent. These various policies serve as clear evidence of the Government’s commitment to supporting the common people.<\/p>\n

On that occasion, the Head of State engaged in an online dialogue with beneficiaries from various regions.<\/p>\n

For instance, Ikhsan from Aceh expressed his gratitude for having the opportunity to own his own home.<\/p>\n

“Alhamdulilah<\/em>, I\u2019m well, Sir,” he said when greeted by the President. Hearing this, the President warmly responded, “Alhamdulilah<\/em>, I’m glad that you finally have your own home. How are the instalments? Are they affordable for you?” Ikhsan replied confidently, “Inshaallah<\/em>, Alhamdulilah<\/em>, I can manage them, Sir.”<\/p>\n

From Papua, Marwah, a cleaning service worker, could not hide her pride during her conversation with the President. She expressed her relief at finally being able to sign the mortgage agreement.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, a beneficiary in Ternate, North Maluku, also expressed her satisfaction after seeing the quality of the house firsthand.<\/p>\n

“Alhamdulilah<\/em>, the quality (of the house) is good. The house is comfortable, Sir,” she said. The President replied, “Nice. Congratulations. I hope you’ll be happy in your new home.”<\/p>\n

Another inspiring story came from Stefanus, a 27-year-old honorary teacher from Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). He said he chose to own a home first before starting a family. President Prabowo also appreciated his careful planning.<\/p>\n

“Good. That means you planned well. Rather than asking (someone) for marriage but then not having a home. So, it turns out that you, as a teacher, have good planning,” the President said.<\/p>\n

Concluding the dialogue, President Prabowo Subianto restated his Government’s focus to continue siding with the people.<\/p>\n
