President Prabowo Subianto, along with Vice President Gibran Rakabuming, Monday (10\/20) at the State Paalce, Jakarta, led a Plenary Cabinet Meeting to mark the first anniversary of the Red and White Cabinet.<\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by all Ministers and high-ranking state officials and served as a moment of reflection on the Government\u2019s performance during its first year in office since the President took office on October 20, 2024.<\/p>\n

On that occasion, the President called on all government ranks to reflect on the administration\u2019s journey over the past year and renew their commitment to serving the nation and its people.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are grateful to attend this Plenary Cabinet Meeting on October 20, 2025, exactly one year since my inauguration and oath-taking before the People\u2019s Consultative Assembly (MPR) as President of the Republic of Indonesia. I believe it is fitting for us to gather here to review what we have accomplished over the past year,\u201d the President said in his remarks.<\/p>\n

The Head of State also reminded his Cabinet of the spirit of unity and mutual cooperation that underpins the Red and White Cabinet and emphasized that the diverse backgrounds of cabinet members \u2014 spanning regions, ethnicities, religions, and political affiliations \u2014 are a source of strength in building an inclusive and cohesive government.<\/p>\n

\u201cI thank all of you who come from different backgrounds, regions, ethnicities, religions, and political parties. Some of you come from parties that supported our coalition during the General Election and Presidential Election, while others did not,\u201d the President said.<\/p>\n

With his characteristic warm communication style, the Head of State likened the Cabinet\u2019s work to a football team, where each member plays a strategic role in pursuing a common goal.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf we were a football team, I would be the manager and coach, and you are the players. Ladies and gentlemen, in this first phase, some of us were strikers, and some were defenders,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n

President Prabowo Subianto also expressed his deep appreciation for the dedication and hard work of his cabinet, acknowledging their tireless service to the nation, while also took the opportunity to publicly apologize to the families of cabinet members for the personal time often sacrificed in the call of duty.<\/p>\n

\u201cI also want to apologize, especially to your families, for often taking up your days off. It seems like there are no holidays in our cabinet. Saturdays, Sundays, nights, and sometimes I call very late at night or very early in the morning, and you always answer right away. I don\u2019t know, maybe the phone is right next to your pillow,\u201d the President said, drawing laughter from his Ministers.<\/p>\n

The President also underscored that the Cabinet\u2019s hard work over the past year has delivered tangible results that are directly felt by the people.<\/p>\n
