President Prabowo Subianto engaged directly with beneficiaries of the subsidized mortgage program for low-income individuals (KPR Sejahtera<\/em>) under the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP<\/em>) from various regions across Indonesia through a video conference at the 2025 Mass Signing ceremony for 50,030 KPR Sejahtera FLPP <\/em>housing units and the Key Handover, held at the Pondok Banten Indah Housing Complex, Serang City, Banten Province, on Saturday (12\/20).<\/p>\n

One of the beneficiaries from West Nusa Tenggara, Lalu Atha Yuda Fansyuri, a grocery shop (warung kelontong<\/em>) owner, expressed his gratitude for the subsidized house he has occupied for nearly one month.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s good, alhamdulillah<\/em>, very good,\u201d said Lalu, who also confirmed that his house is free from flooding and that the environment is clean.<\/p>\n

The Head of State praised Lalu\u2019s independence who at the age of 23 already owns his own house. \u201cWow, 23 years old and already owns a house. That\u2019s impressive,\u201d the President said, while encouraging young people to be brave, independent, and proactive in building their future.<\/p>\n

The dialogue continued with a beneficiary from Papua, Adrian Yawan, a non-tenured employee who purchased a house in Jayapura City. \u201cPraise be to God, Sir. The house is good. The water supply is good, Sir,\u201d said Adrian.<\/p>\n

Sri Wulandari from West Kalimantan, a food vendor, also received congratulations from President Prabowo for obtaining a house through the KPR Sejahtera FLPP <\/em>program.<\/p>\n

\u201cOkay. Alhamdulillah<\/em>. Thank you. Congratulations, Ma\u2019am,\u201d said the President.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, the President also greeted beneficiaries from South Sulawesi and North Sumatra, who reported that their houses were livable, with smooth water and electricity services, and that the housing environment was clean and safe.<\/p>\n

In closing his remarks, President Prabowo expressed his appreciation to all parties and beneficiaries involved in the KPR Sejahtera FLPP <\/em>program.<\/p>\n
