President Prabowo Subianto Saturday (05\/09) inspected the fish sorting and packing shelter at the Red and White Fishers\u2019 Village in South Leato subdistrict, Gorontalo city, Gorontalo province.<\/p>\n

The visit reflects the Government\u2019s commitment to strengthening the community-based fisheries ecosystem and improving fishers\u2019 welfare through integrated supporting facilities.<\/p>\n

Upon arrival, the Head of State toured the harbor area and observed fishers sorting their catch at the shelter. He also engaged in dialogue with fishers aboard their boats.<\/p>\n

During the dialogue, President Prabowo Subianto asked the fishers about their activities, including the number of crew members, the challenges they encounter at sea, and fuel-related issues.<\/p>\n

The fishers then shared their experiences with the President in a warm and friendly atmosphere.<\/p>\n

One of the fishers, Acon Karim, expressed his delight at being able to speak directly with the President, noting that the President paid close attention to the daily activities and needs of the fishers.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe asked how many crew members were on the boat and also asked about the fuel supply, including whether it was located far away or not,\u201d the fisher said.<\/p>\n

Acon also expressed his appreciation for the President\u2019s visit to the fishing port area.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you, Mr. President, for coming to the Red and White Port,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Another fisher, Brawijaya Kadullah, conveyed a similar sentiment, expressing his appreciation for the Government\u2019s support in providing facilities for fishers in Red and White Fishers\u2019 Village.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019d like to especially thank our President, Mr. Prabowo Subianto, for providing facilities for the Red and White Fishers\u2019 Cooperative,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Another fisher, Tetin Yuli, also expressed the community\u2019s happiness over the President\u2019s visit to the area.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe, the people here, are very happy about the President\u2019s visit,\u201d Tetin said.<\/p>\n

The President\u2019s visit to the fish sorting and packing shelter underscored the Government\u2019s dedication to developing the marine and fisheries sector from the grassroots level.<\/p>\n
