Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia gives press statement at Merdeka Palace, Jakarta on Tuesday (05\/12).<\/p><\/div>\n

President Prabowo Subianto on Tuesday (5\/12) had a meeting with Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia and several ministers of the Cabinet at Merdeka Palace, Jakarta. In a press statement following the meeting, Bahlil stated that the national energy supply is safe and secure.<\/p>\n

Previously, he reported to the President regarding the sufficient supply of fuel, LPG, and crude oil. He explained that all energy reserves are above the national minimum standard.<\/p>\n

\u201cI reported to Mr. President regarding our sufficient supply of fuel up to today. Also, LPG and crude oil are all above the national minimum standard. Insha Allah<\/em>, there will be no problems,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Besides, he highlighted improvements in the mining license (IUP), particularly in the forest area and other areas that have not been utilized optimally by permit holders.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, Bahlil also explained that President Prabowo previously instructed an evaluation of mining permits that have been administratively complete but not properly implemented.<\/p>\n

\u201cMr. President instructed one or two months ago to do an evaluation. And I reported the results,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
