President Prabowo Subianto Wednesday (5\/13) witnessed the handover of administrative fines, tax revenue, and reclaimed forest land assets at the Attorney General\u2019s Office complex in Jakarta.<\/p>\n

The event was part of the Government\u2019s efforts to strengthen law enforcement, regulate the use of forest areas, and optimize the governance of national natural resources.<\/p>\n

During the event, the Forest Area Regulation Task Force (Satgas PKH) reported that the Government had successfully collected a total of Rp10.27 trillion in state revenues.<\/p>\n

In addition to the transfer of state revenues, the task force also reported progress in reclaiming forest areas.<\/p>\n

Since its establishment in February 2025, Satgas PKH has successfully brought 5,889,131.31 hectares of forest land in the palm oil plantation sector back under state control, and in the mining sector it has reclaimed a further 12,371.58 hectares of forest areas.<\/p>\n

From the total reclaimed areas, Satgas PKH in this seventh phrase formally transferred forest land assets back to the relevant ministries and institutions.<\/p>\n

The transfer process was conducted from Satgas PKH to Ministry of Finance, then to Danantara, and subsequently to PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara, covering a total area of 2,373,171.75 hectares.<\/p>\n

In his remarks, President Prabowo Subianto expressed appreciation to all members of Satgas PKH and the relevant institutions for their efforts in safeguarding state assets.<\/p>\n

The President also stressed that the handover of administrative fines and reclaimed forest land was not merely ceremonial, but concrete proof of the Government\u2019s commitment to protecting state assets and returning them for the benefit of the public.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe work carried out by Satgas PKH, the Attorney General\u2019s Office, the Police, the Armed Forces, the BPKP, and the PPATK demonstrates to the public that we are determined to secure and protect the nation\u2019s wealth,\u201d the President stated.<\/p>\n

Similarly, Attorney General ST Burhanuddin noted that the task force\u2019s work reflects the state\u2019s active role in enforcing the law, restoring state control over forest areas, and ensuring that natural resources are managed in an orderly, fair, and nationally oriented manner.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe stacks of money displayed here are not merely ceremonial symbols, but tangible evidence of Satgas PKH\u2019s performance in safeguarding national interests through coordinated law enforcement efforts,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n

This initiative reflects the Government\u2019s commitment under President Prabowo Subianto\u2019s leadership to reform natural resource governance.<\/p>\n
