Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Abdul Mu\u2019ti gives a press statement at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, on Thursday (6\/11).<\/p><\/div>\n

President Prabowo Subianto continues to push the improvement of national education quality through various programs that are oriented to character building and learning transformation. This commitment is conveyed by Minister of Primary and Secondary Education\u00a0<\/a>Abdul Mu\u2019ti in a press statement at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, on Thursday (6\/11), after a meeting with President Prabowo Subianto.<\/p>\n

In his press statement, Abdul Mu\u2019ti explained that the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program not only helps meet students’ nutritional needs but also supports character-building development through the Seven Habits of Great Indonesian Children program.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe reaffirmed that MBG is part of our program, which is the Seven Habits of Great Indonesian Children program. Waking up early, religious observance, exercising, eating healthy food, loving to learn, community engagement, and sleeping early,\u201d said Abdul Mu\u2019ti.<\/p>\n

Abdul Mu\u2019ti explained that his Ministry has developed various supporting modules to integrate MBG with the strengthening of students\u2019 character building. Several studies conducted by various institutions, including the University of Indonesia, also showed the positive impact of the MBG program on increasing learning motivation, school attendance, and academic achievement.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe also reported that by 10 June, the MBG program had reached 80.7% of students across Indonesia. So, from around 53 million [students], 43 million of them had received MBG, and they requested to keep the MBG program going because the impact is very positive, in relation to school attendance, learning motivation, and also academic achievement,\u201d added Abdul Mu\u2019ti.<\/p>\n

In addition to MBG, Abdul Mu\u2019ti also reported the development of Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) utilization as part of technology-based learning transformation at school. According to Mu\u2019ti, in 2025, Government had distributed 288,865 IFP units to schools across Indonesia.<\/p>\n

According to Abdul Mu\u2019ti, the panel has been widely used in the learning process. Several studies show that utilization of IFG contributes positively to the improvement of learning process quality as well as enhances the learning motivation of students.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe panel is being used now, and several studies have shown IFP\u2019s effect on the quality of the learning process and learning motivation of students,\u201d concluded Abdul Mu\u2019ti.<\/p>\n

Various priority programs implemented by the government are part of a continuous effort to improve the quality of national education in accordance with the directives of President Prabowo.
