The plan, he added, is the Government\u2019s strategic measure to strengthen domestic electric motorcycle production and to reduce the country\u2019s reliance on fossil fuel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to him, this measure will not only strengthen the national automotive ecosystem but also bring positive impact to the country\u2019s efforts toward energy transition. Therefore, he called on the public to cooperate in realizing Indonesia\u2019s aspiration to develop national electric vehicle industry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cWe still have shortcomings here and there, but we can overcome it together,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On previous occasion, President Prabowo Subianto stated that plan to launch a nationally manufactured electric motorcycle in the near future is part of the strategy to develop a domestic automotive industry ecosystem.
