Therefore, the Government is still waiting for the revision draft before giving opinions regarding the possibility that the revision aims to weaken the antigraft body.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0093Firstly, it needs to be clarified that this is the initiative of the DPR and now it is still under discussion at the Legislative Body.\u0094 Pramono Anung said at the Presidential Office, Jakarta, on Friday (5\/2) afternoon.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pramono also provided an overview that it needs several measures to revise the Law. According to Pramono, it is still under discussion at the Legislative Body. Once the process is done, there will be a Plenary Cabinet Meeting to stipulate the agreed conclusion at the legislative. Thus, the Speaker of DPR will officially send a letter to the President.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0093There are some measures. If I am asked about the condition of the Government today, I will answer that the Government is still waiting for the draft to be handed, whether it is in line with common spirit, that is to strengthen and provide clarity to KPK. There are 4 points,\u0094 Cabinet Secretary explained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Due to the waiting, Cabinet Secreatry asked the reporters not to speculate the draft that will be revised. Therefore, Cabinet Secretary refused to answer the questions regarding 4 points proposed in the revision could potentially weaken the position of the KPK as a law enforcement agency or not.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0093Thus, the 4 points could generate different interpretations. Therefore, the most important thing is to wait. Until now, the draft has not formally sent and we do not know the content. How do we respond, if we do not know the content?,\u0094 <i>Mas <\/i>Pram<i>, <\/i>the nickname of Pramono Anung firmly said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regarding the huge numbers of rejections to the revision of the Law on KPK, Pramono Anung asserted that the Government is still waiting the official draft from the DPR.
