It brings in cash and capital so that it generates capital inflow.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093It happens automatically if there are cash and capital flows,\u0094 the President said to the journalists after inaugurating Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) in Cakung, Jakarta, on Thursday (10\/3) morning.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><i>Does external factor influence this condition?<\/i> Yes, it does. If there is no deregulation, nothing will happen,\u0094 the President firmly said.<\/p>\n<p>The President affirmed that he cannot control the Rupiah rate because it is controlled by the market.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093I cannot control the rate. However, the market can see our efforts and it gives positive respond. The Government cannot control the rate because there is external factor,\u0094 the President said.<\/p>\n<p>Based on middle rate of Bank Indonesia, since last week, Rupiah exchange rate to US Dollar is stronger.
