President Prabowo Subianto concluded his state visit in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and departed from Jeddah on Thursday (7/03). President Prabowo and his limited entourage took off from the Royal Terminal, King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah, at 03:15 a.m. local time.

The President’s departure was officially seen off by the Deputy Governor of Mecca, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, along with the Indonesian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Abdul Aziz, and the Defense Attaché of the Indonesian Embassy in Riyadh, Brigadier General Eri Nasuhi.

President Prabowo’s two-day state visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was productive and meaningful. Upon his arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, President Prabowo was warmly welcomed by Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah. The visit aimed to strengthen bilateral relations and expand strategic cooperation across various sectors between the two nations.

Following his departure from Saudi Arabia, President Prabowo is scheduled to continue his diplomatic tour to the next destination, in a continued effort to deepen Indonesia’s partnerships with key strategic allies.
