President Prabowo Ignites Fighting Spirit, Strengthens Solidity in Briefing to TNI Unit Commanders in Bogor

President Prabowo Subianto, Thursday (04/30), gave a briefing to the Indonesian National Defense Forces (TNI) unit commanders for 2026 at an event held at the Indonesian Defense University in Bogor, West Java.

Upon his arrival, the President was greeted enthusiastically by all the TNI unit commanders with the patriotic songs “Maju Tak Gentar” and “Garuda Pancasila.” Afterward, the ceremony began with the singing of the Indonesian national anthem “Indonesia Raya” by all the attendees in a solemn atmosphere.

During the main session, participants sang the TNI march song followed with the march songs of the Army, Navy, and Air Forces, further reinforcing the corps’ solidarity and pride. The event then continued with a collective prayer sent up in the hope that all the TNI personnel can carry out their duties and service to the nation seamlessly, followed immediately by a report from TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto to President Prabowo.

The event was attended by around 1,500 participants, consisting of personnel from the TNI headquarters, the Army, Navy, and Air Forces, as well as participants from non-structural elements. The event was also attended by senior TNI leaders from the highest level down to unit commanders across the country, including the chiefs of staff of the three forces, operational commanders, and unit commanders at battalion levels.

A number of ministers, vice ministers, and ministerial-level officials were also present, reflecting strong coordination between the defense sector and government institutions in maintaining national stability.

The event concluded with a luncheon hosted by President Prabowo, symbolizing closeness between the leader and field commanders while reinforcing cohesion and a shared spirit in carrying out state duties. (BPMI of Presidential Secretariat) (GWH/TM)
