According to him, the regulation has given MSMEs a greater chance to participate in the construction of the Government’s projects through direct appointment for projects up to Rp400 million.
“President Prabowo Subianto had established Presidential Regulation Number 46 of 2025, which stipulates the direct appointment of MSMEs for projects up to Rp400 million, and this has never been regulated by any President before him.”, stated Andi.
