Cabinet Secretary Attends Last Hearing with House of Representatives

Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung on Monday (09/09) attended a hearing with the House of Representatives (DPR) Commission II overseeing home affairs.

On that occasion, Cabinet Secretary expressed gratitude to the House members for the continued support for Cabinet Secretariat in the last two periods. For the record, the hearing was the last meeting with the House attended by Pramono Anung as Cabinet Secretary.

“Alhamdulillah, thank God, the Cabinet Secretariat has succeeded in maintaining the Unqualified Opinion (the highest audit grade), thanks to the supervision from Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and members of the House of Representatives Commission II,” Pramono said, adding that Cabinet Secretariat has achieved a “very good” predicate with a score of 93.58 for budget performance.

The Cabinet Secretary stated that the budget ceiling for Cabinet Secretariat in 2024 was Rp488,922,470,000 and the budget realization, as of August 29, has reached 65.81% or Rp321,741,000,000, with a remaining budget of Rp167,180,000,000.

“As of July this year, the Cabinet Secretariat’s budget performance score was 59.39%, while the Cabinet Secretariat budget ceiling for next year is Rp428,946,000,000,” the Cabinet Secretary said.

Regarding the preparation for the employee transfer to the Nusantara Capital (IKN), the Cabinet Secretariat submitted the proposal for the additional budget of Rp164,310,895,000.

Concluding his remarks, Pramono reiterated his appreciation to the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and all members of the House of Representatives Commission II for the extraordinary support for Cabinet Secretariat during his term of office. (ECH/DNS) (RI/MUR)
