President Prabowo Inaugurates Ngoerah Sun Wellness and Aesthetic Center in Bali

President Prabowo Subianto on Wednesday (06/25) inaugurated the Ngoerah Sun Wellness and Aesthetic Center (NSWAC) at the Central General Hospital (RSUP) Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah in Denpasar City, Bali.
The NSWAC is a collaboration between Indonesian Government’s hospital and a South Korean hospital, offering advanced and comfortable services in plastic surgery, dermatology and aesthetics, dentistry, medical check-up, and other care services. The presence of the facility symbolizes a transformation in Indonesia’s healthcare services, strengthening Bali’s position as a leading destination for medical tourism.
Accompanied by Deputy General Manager Dr. Nahla Shihab, President Prabowo inspected various facilities and service areas, including the registration area on the 1st floor, the Dermaesthetic Clinic and Laser Treatment Room on the 3rd floor, and the Dental Laboratory Room on the 5th floor.
In his remarks, President Prabowo expressed his appreciation for the NSWAC establishment, marking the progress in delivering international-quality healthcare in Indonesia.
“I think this is a breakthrough, a great achievement that enables us to provide services on par with the best on the global stage,” President Prabowo stated.
The President also highlighted the importance of the healthcare facility in supporting national economic resilience. According to the President, the international collaboration has produced impressive results—not only benefiting Indonesian citizens but also attracting patients from abroad.
“This is an extraordinary partnership. It’s already succeeded in attracting international patients. I also see that the facilities are remarkable, and the technology is advanced. I extend my congratulations to everyone who have developed this asset for our nation,” the President remarked.
Also present at the inauguration were Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, Director of RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah Bali, I Wayan Sudana, and Deputy General Manager Dr. Nahla Shihab.
