Welcoming Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijri, President Prabowo Subianto, Sunday (03/30), via the Presidential Secretariat’s Youtube channel, wished a Happy Eid al-Fitr to all Muslims in Indonesia and in the world. on.

“I, Prabowo Subianto, President of the Republic of Indonesia, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and on my own behalf, wish a Happy Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijri to all Muslims in Indonesia and in the world,” President Prabowo said.

In his message, the Head of State emphasized the meaning of Eid al-Fitr as a moment of victory after all Muslims have succeeded in observing the fasting month of Ramadan. In addition, this year’s Eid al-Fitr, according to President Prabowo, also serves as an opportunity for all Muslims to strengthen their silaturrahim (relationships) and enhance values of virtue.

“After observing fasting in a whole month of Ramadan, now we are celebrating our victory. Eid al-Fitr is a sacred moment of forgiving each other, strengthening silaturrahim, and reaffirming our commitment as an individual to be better, more patient, and more caring towards each other,” he mentioned.

Therefore, President Prabowo called on Indonesian people to make Eid al-Fitr the power to strengthen unity and social solidarity. He added that the values inherent in Eid al-Fitr celebration should be a foundation in building a more just and prosperous nation.

“I called on Indonesian people everywhere to make Eid al-Fitr the power to strengthen our nation’s unity and social solidarity, as well as to build a more just, prosperous, and civilized Indonesia in the future for the welfare of all Indonesian people.

At the auspicious moment, the President sent a prayer and a hope that the Eid al-Fitr celebration could bring blessings to all Indonesian people.
