Cabinet Secretary: President Prabowo Discusses Indonesian Economy with Ray Dalio

President Prabowo Subianto on Friday (03/27) welcomed Ray Dalio, Danantara advisor, at Merdeka Palace, Jakarta.

“This afternoon (03/27), President Prabowo met with Ray Dalio, one of Danantara advisors and a key figure in international finance,” explained Teddy in a written statement.

The meeting underlined Indonesia’s economic potential and future. President Prabowo underscored Danantara’s role in stimulating economic growth. Danantara, a sovereign wealth fund, is expected to continue the nation’s strategic partnership and to play a significant role in the global economy.

“Danantara, established by President Prabowo in February 2025, is an investment management agency, a sovereign wealth fund, aiming to optimize Indonesia’s assets, manage state-owned enterprises, and strengthen strategic partnerships. Therefore, Danantara will build trust and strength on the international stage,” Cabinet Secretary continued.

Also attending the meeting were Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartanto, Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, Minister of Investment/CEO of Danantara Rosan Roeslani, Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Brian Yuliarto, Minister of State Secretariat Prasetyo Hadi, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.
