President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, attended the Gala Dinner of the 2025 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders’ Meeting hosted by President of the Republic of Korea, Lee Jae Myung, as Chair of APEC 2025. The dinner took place at the Lahan Select Hotel, Gyeongju, Republic of Korea, on Friday (10/31).

Upon his arrival at the venue, President Prabowo was warmly welcomed by President Lee and Madam Kim. Madam Kim was attired in a traditional hanbok, adding a touch of Korean cultural charm to the occasion. The cordial moment was captured in a photo session before President Prabowo proceeded to the waiting room to meet and converse with other APEC leaders.

Following the welcoming session, President Prabowo, together with all APEC leaders, proceeded to the Convention Hall where the gala dinner was held. The event commenced with the screening of a video highlighting the spirit of economic collaboration across the Asia-Pacific region, followed by opening remarks from President Lee as host of the 2025 APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting.

Throughout the event, the leaders and delegates were treated to cultural performances showcasing the rich traditions and vibrant modernity of the Republic of Korea. The warm and cordial atmosphere of the evening reflected the close relations among APEC economies, embodying the spirit of cooperation and solidarity.

Accompanying President Prabowo at the gala dinner were Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Minister for Foreign Affairs Sugiono, Minister of Trade Budi Santoso, Minister for Investment and Downstreaming/Head of the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Rosan Roeslani, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.
