Indonesian Citizens in Jordan Welcome President Prabowo Subianto

An atmosphere of pride and enthusiasm prevailed when President Prabowo Subianto Sunday (04/14) arrived at a hotel lobby in Amman, Jordan. The President was personally escorted by Jordan’s King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein to the hotel, reflecting honor and close friendship between Indonesia and Jordan.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the President was welcomed by Indonesian students and diaspora in Jordan. They came from various cities and universities, driven by a strong sense of nationalism and a deep longing for their nation’s leader.
Agustine, one of the students, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to meet with President Prabowo and take a picture together with the President.
She also expressed her deep admiration for President Prabowo for his personalities as well as his vision and mission of his leadership, which she believes will lead Indonesia to progress.
Another student, Muhammad Adid, also shared the same impression about President Prabowo. He said that as a citizen currently living abroad, he is excited to meet the President.
“That is why I came here. Thank God, I can directly meet the President. Alhamdulillah, I am thrilled,” he said adding that he appreciated President Prabowo’s attention and diplomatic efforts in supporting Palestinians.
In the meantime, Rifla and Hariri, representing young diaspora communities, expressed belief that Indonesia will advance under the leadership of President Prabowo. They also thanked the President for the opportunity and time spent with Indonesian students and people in Jordan.
“President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Prabowo Subianto, may you always have unwavering spirit, and may Indonesia continue to advance for the prosperity of the nation and the country. Thank you, Mr. President,” he said. (BPMI of Presidential Secretariat) (RAS/MMB)
