President Prabowo Inaugurates New Ministers, Vice Ministers at State Palace

President Prabowo Subianto Thursday (10/01) inaugurated ten new ministers and vice ministers of the Red-and-White Cabinet at the State Palace in Jakarta for the rest of the 2024–2029 term.
The ten public officials were inaugurated based on Decree of President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 104/P of 2026 on the Dismissal and Appointment of State Ministers and Vice Ministers of the Red-and-White Cabinet for the 2024–2029 period.
The newly inaugurated ministers and vice ministers are as follows:
- Bahlil Lahadalia as Coordinating Minister for Downstream Industry and Energy Transition;
- Sugiono as Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture;
- Dudung Abdurachman as Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs;
- Arrmanatha Christiawan Nasir as Minister of Foreign Affairs;
- Muhammad Sarmuji as Minister of Industry;
- Drajad Hari Wibowo as Vice Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs;
- Nurkholisoh Ibnu Aman as Vice Minister of Finance;
- Luky Alfirman as Vice Minister of Finance;
- Muhammad Saleh Mustafa as Vice Minister of Agriculture; and
- Irwan Meilano as Vice Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries.
During the inauguration, President Prabowo administered the oath of office to the newly appointed officials.
“I will remain loyal to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and uphold all laws and regulations in the fairest manner in service to the nation and the state,” he said, and the ministers and vice ministers recited the oath.
Following the oath-taking ceremony, the inaugurated officials signed the official minutes of the ceremony before President Prabowo, Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, and other guests.
The event concluded with the President and Vice President extending their congratulations to the new cabinet members.
