188 Indonesians Evacuated from World Dream Cruise Ship

Evacuation process World Dream Cruise Ship Crew

As many as 188 Indonesian citizens who worked as crew on World Dream Cruise Ship have been successfully evacuated to Jakarta’s Sebaru Island.
None of them were tested positive for the COVID-19.

As cited from Ministry of Health’s official twitter account, the crewwere all in healthy condition with normal body temperature and they will be quarantined for 14 days in Small Sebaru Island in Jakarta’s Thousand Island.

The evacuation was conducted by a joint evacuation team led by the Indonesian Navy personnel Yayan Sofiyan with a total of 17 people using Naval Ship KRI Soeharso 990.

After being transferred from the World Dream Cruise Ship on Durian Strait, the 188 Indonesians were tested for the virus and all shown negative.
The KRI Soeharso 990 then headed to the Sebaru Island. (Ministry of Health/EN)
