2021 Has Brought Lessons for Self-Improvement in 2022: Cabinet Secretary

On the first day of year 2021, Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung thanked the nation for surviving the 2021, which he said a year replete with challenges.

“I hope everything we went through in 2021 will drive us to do self-improvement in 2022,” he said in his 2022 New Year greetings, Saturday (01/01).

According to him, in the last days of 2021 Indonesia managed to bring the COVID-19 pandemic under control after two years of struggle, adding that the right handling was attributed to cooperation from everyone.

“We can tackle the pandemic through cooperation between the Government and the public. We are almost able to flatten the curve. Likewise, our economy has also shown a positive growth,” he said, adding that the Government will continue to make serious efforts in handling the pandemic and reviving the economy. (MAY/UN) (RAS/EP)
