Arrived in Busan, South Korea, President Jokowi Welcomed by Ambassador J.A. Prasetyo
After taking flight for about 6.5 hours, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) accompanied by First Lady Iriana Widodo has arrived at Gimhae Air Base Airport, Busan, South Korea, Wednesday (10/12) at 15:30 local time.
President Jokowi and his entourage were welcomed by Indonesian Ambassador for South Korea, John Aristianto Prasetyo and South Korean Ambassador for Indonesia Taiyoung Cho.
Temperatures in Busan reportedly very cold, ie at 9 degrees Celsius. The sun does not seem to look because covered by thick clouds.
President Jokowi and his entourage headed to the Grand Hotel Haeundae, Busan, because on Wednesday (10/12) evening, he is scheduled to meet with a number of South Korean businessmen.
As reported previously, the main agenda of the visit of President Jokowi to Busan, South Korea, is attending the 25th ASEAN – South Korea Summit. In addition, President Jokowi also scheduled conducted a series of bilateral meetings.
