The Cabinet Secretariat holds a Dissemination on LAPOR!, a national digital application developed by the Government which serves as a platform to file complaints on public services.
The app is expected to increase the Governments accountability and transparency since the public can report any complaints on public services through this platform.
On the occasion, Head of Performance Accountability Division of the Accountability and Bureaucratic Reform Bureau of the Cabinet Secretariat Hendry Prihandono, said that the purpose of the dissemination is to solve several issues regarding LAPOR! app.
“We need technical details on this platform to solve related issues,” Hendry said on the event which held in Jakarta, Wednesday (10/7). (MAY/OJI/ES)
