Govt Begins Selection of New Members State Civil Apparatus Commission
The Government has begun the selection process to recruit new members of the State Civil Apparatus Commission (KASN) replacing the existing members whose tenure will end in September.
The new member will serve as members of the KASN for the period of 2019-2024. The commissions main task is to supervise state civil apparatus.
Based on the Announcement of Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reforms Number No.01/PANSELCAKASN/07/2019 on Open Selection of KASN Members of 2019-2024, the online registration begins on 11-22 July 2019 at https://daftar.menpan.go.id or the “daftar” (register) menu at https://www.menpan.go.id.
The positions are available for those who have the ability, experience, and understanding of the policies and management of Human Resources.
For the positions, applicants are required to have experience in government or non-government sector, namely national, multinational companies or academics for at least 15 years in total.
Applicants must be at least 50 years of age during the registration period and have a minimum degree of master in the field of state administration, human resource management, public policy, law science, governmental science, and/or other postgraduate programs (with experience in human resource management). In addition, applicants must also attach a state officials’ asset report (LHKPN) and a tax return (SPT) for 2 years.
It is important to notice that applicants must not be under examination of any disciplinary violation and/or never received disciplinary punishment in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
In the meantime, civil servants who want to apply need to get approval from the personnel supervisor officer of their respective institutions.
The required documents can be uploaded in the form of soft copies through the registration site, while the hard copy is sent by mail to the KASN Member Selection Committee at Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reforms Office.
