President Jokowi Tests Negative for COVID-19

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo’s has tested for COVID-19.

“Alhamdulillah, I am in a healthy condition. I just finished cycling to stay fit and to support my immune system,” President Jokowi to reporters, Saturday (25/7) at the Bogor Palace, West Java province.

In the midst of the global pandemic that hit around 215 countries, President Jokowi once again reminded the public to be disciplined in implementing health protocols.

According to the President, public discipline plays a pivotal role in tackling the pandemic.

“I repeatedly urge the people to support their immune system by exercising regularly, consuming nutritious foods, wearing a face mask, washing hands, avoiding crowd, and keeping physical distance. That’s the most important thing we must continuously do,” he said. (BPMI / EN)
