Vaccination is a positive momentum for Indonesia’s future economic growth, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Rosan Perkasa Roeslani has said.

“This is certainly a very positive momentum for us, especially from the health sector, and will have a very significant impact on the economy,” said Rosan on Wednesday (13/1).

According to him, the free vaccination provided by the Government can also accelerate the economic transformation that has recently showed recovery.

On that occasion, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo emphasized that industries and business sectors still have to observe health protocols for their workers or employees even after the vaccination is carried out.

“I urge companies to reinforce their employees to remain disciplined in following health protocols,” said the President.  (BPMI/UN) (EST/EP)
