President Jokowi Kicks Off Banten Working Visit

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo on Tuesday (04/11) pays a working visit to Banten province.

President Jokowi arrived at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, Jakarta at around 08.30 Western Indonesian Time (WIB) using the Indonesia-1 Presidential Aircraft.

After arriving at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, the President will continue the trip in a Super Puma Helicopter of the Indonesian Air Force and will land at Indah Kiat port, Cilegon City, Banten province.

Afterward, the President is slated to visit the Kelapa market in Cilegon city to check the prices of basic necessities and distribute assistance to market vendors.

In addition, the President will also visit Merak port to inspect facilities and readiness for this year’s mudik (annual exodus during Eid al-Fitr) before returning to Indah Kiat port and departed for Jakarta by helicopter. (BPMI of Presidential Secretary/AIT)
