President Jokowi Attends Nusantara Appreciation Night

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Friday (09/22) expressed appreciation to all of parties for their support in the Nusantara Capital (IKN) construction.

“I would like to convey my gratitude to all surrounding communities of Nusantara Capital who have given full support for the Nusantara Capital construction,” President Jokowi said at the music performances adopting the theme “Nusantara Appreciation Night” in North Penajam Paser regency, East Kalimantan province.

The President also expressed appreciation to all IKN infrastructure workers, such as office building, road, housing, and other general facilities. “You work all day and night to complete the IKN construction as soon as possible,” he added.

President Jokowi further said that he has conducted groundbreaking for several infrastructure in the IKN, among others, hospitals, hotels, and training center for Indonesia national football team.

“Once again, let me extend my appreciation to all of you,” he remarked. (FID/UN) (SS/GWH)
