President Jokowi, First Lady to Attend 3rd BRF Summit Opening Ceremony in China
President Jokowi and First Lady Iriana carry on the 3rd Belt and Road Forum (BRF) Summit agenda on the third day in Beijing, China, Wednesday (10/18)
President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo and First Lady Ibu Iriana Joko Widodo carry on their agenda on the third day of working visit in Beijing, capital of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), Wednesday (18/10).
Starting the agenda, President Jokowi is scheduled to attend the Opening Ceremony of the 3rd Belt and Road Forum (BRF) Summit to be held at the Great Hall of the People and subsequently attend a luncheon with Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress Zhao Leji in the same location.
Later in the afternoon, the President is slated to attend the High-Level Forum and Thematic Forum Event: Connectivity in an Open Global Economy, to be held at China National Convention Center, Beijing.
In the meantime, First Lady Ibu Iriana will take part in the 3rd BRF Summit spouse programs to visit the China National Arts and Craft Museum to view Chinese arts and crafts.
Afterwards, both President Jokowi and Ibu Iriana will depart to Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from Beijing Capital International Airport to continue the series of working visit. (BPMI of President Secretariat/DNS) (SI/RAS)
