President Jokowi Inspects Food Assistance Distribution in Tegal Regency

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Wednesday (1/3) inspected the distribution of the Government rice reserves (CBP) to the beneficiaries. The President wanted to ensure that the food assistance is well-distributed.

“I want to ask, Have you all received 10 kilograms of rice? Have you gotten [the package]?” the President asked all the beneficiaries during his working visit at the state-owned logistics company Bulog’s Munjungagung warehouse in Tegal regency, Central Java province.

According to the President, all beneficiaries will receive the assistance until March this year.

Furthermore, the Government will attempt to continue the assistance until June this year by taking into account the condition of the State Budget,

On the occasion, all beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for the food assistance provided by the Government. One of  the beneficiaries, Zaenal Abidin, said that the assistance would be used to help the family.
