The President also expressed his hope that the presence of new businesses in IKN will open up many new jobs and increase economic growth in IKN, including its surrounding cities. Moreover, the presence of Nusantara Warehouse Park is also expected to complement various supporting facilities at IKN.

“[It can serve as] an example for the warehousing industry in all over Indonesia to reduce logistics costs and strengthen our domestic supply chain,” said the President.

“I am happy that in IKN there are many investments that complement each other. There are hotels, schools, warehouses, malls, superblocks of all kinds, not just one kind but various kinds that complement each other, so we hope this will greatly encourage the existing investments in our new capital city of Nusantara,” said the President.
