Cabinet Secretariat Welcomes Gadjah Mada University Students
Cabinet Secretariat welcomed students of Development Geography Department of Faculty of Geography, Gadjah Mada University (UGM), on Tuesday (01/30) for a career visit program.
Head of the Employee Capacity Development of the Cabinet Secretariat Dwiyanto warmly welcomed the students’ visit and appreciate the program.
“Cabinet Secretariat welcomes and strongly supports the career trip program conducted by the UGM,” said Dwiyanto.
According to Dwiyanto, Cabinet Secretariat is an important institution in Indonesia because of its duty, of which to devise the President’s policy and the management of the Indonesian cabinet.
According to him, Deputy for Economic Affairs Satya Bhakti Parikesit, who also attended the event, is one of the figures who design national strategic programs related to infrastructure development. Satya Bhakti then delivered a presentation titled “The Role of Cabinet Secretariat in Infrastructure Development in Indonesia”.
In the meantime, Dodi Widiyanto as the advisor of the UGM Student Association of Development Geography (HGMP), expressed hope that the career trip program can boost the students’ spirit and confident as they can gain knowledge from new sources outside campus. (KS/ABD) (HAN/EST)
