Will Leave for Europe, Habibie Asks President Jokowi Consistent to Improve the Quality of Life
The third Indonesian President BJ Habibie visited the Presidential Palace in Jakarta to have lunch with President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), at the State Palace, Jakarta, Tuesday (13/10) afternoon.
On his visit, Habibie as well say goodbye before leaving for Europe tomorrow, and settled until December this year. “Tomorrow will go to Europe and a rather longer as well, of course I have to say goodbye, I pray that all runing well,” he said.
Habibie’s departure to Europe among others to attend the Frankfurt Book Fair, and became a speaker in Berlin on Islam and the modern world. While in Munich, Germany, the third Indonesian President will talk about the integration of immigrants coming from the Middle East in German society.
Regarding the message conveyed to the President Jokowi ahead of a year of his reign, Habibie asked the government to be consistent in order to fight for the quality of life in Indonesia increased.
“Quality of life is nutrition, employment, education, acculturation,” Habibie said.
Accompanying President Jokowi when receiving the third President’s visit is the Chief Staff of President Teten Masduki. (DND/DNK/ES)
